The girl on reception on night shift was really friendly and helpful with tips and advice. The hotel was basic but met my needs. The bathroom was modern and clean.

Hotel is nice, well located and staff is very friendly, I firstly had an issue with the reservation that was showing as cancelled on their system but staff was able to retrieve it without any issues. For the category of the hotel it meets expectations. Shower is good and was not blocked.

Receptionist professional and provided free breakfast as pool was closed. Bar area staff made us feel welcome. A great modern hotel in great location for the airport and city.

The place was a great location and was very close to public transportation and easy access without being to nosy or to lit up by city lights or such. The price of a stay was also responsible and fair cost.

The staff were great. Ricardo gave us a map and talked us through the do's and dont's for the city as well as places we should visit. This was incredibly helpful! The hotel is a short walk from 2 metro stations so travelling was easy.
