The baby cot/crib can only be provided after a confirmation from the hotel.Any supplements such as extra beds are not included in the room rate automatically. It was nice to have the shuttle service for the airport and the driver was very professional and pleasant.We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the time frame it was served for.We were only there for 1 day and asked Joanna at the front desk if there was a taxi that could take us around town.She immediately contacted a company and arranged a car and the driver Nelson to pick us up 1 hour after our arrival and we had and amazing day touring Lisbon.She also arranged a late check out for us the next day which we truly appreciated.

This was my second time that I visited the Star Hotel near the airport and it was even better than the first time. Great staff who are kind and helpful. Clean and comfortable room and great food for breakfast and I tried the dinner too this time and that was nice.

The breakfast was below my expectations but it was ok. If you want to stay near airport the location cannot be beaten, very convenient.There is no noice from airport, at least for us there wasn’t any. The staff is very nice. The room was comfortable.

Me and my daughter stayed for one night at Star inn Lisbon before taking a flight to Brazil 🇧🇷. I booked this hotel at the very last minute and needed a place that was close to the airport. When the staff told me the hotel was 5 min walk from the airport I was really excited! So apart from the amazing location, everything was pretty good at Star 🌟 inn: the friendly staff, the beautiful place, comfortable room, delicious breakfast 😋

A modern clean hotel and found the staff very good and helpful. The location of the hotel is great for those early morning flights. The shuttle servive to/from the airport worked well. No need to walk to the hotel as some people do.
