The people who run Sincerely Lisboa are available and very helpful. They answered the buzzer immediately, and showed me how to use the keys. I like that the rooms have names of important Lisbon places rather than numbers. The room was just the right size, and had everything I needed. The breakfast was nutritious and balanced. The staff were kind and helpful and communicative. Sincerely Lisboa is a short walk from the Metro, but I prefer to walk just about everywhere. It is about 20 minutes walk from the Commercial Square, and Alfama and Baixa neighbourhoods. I felt very much at home at Sincerely Lisboa. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast. When I come back, I will stay here again. NB: Almost all the places I have stayed in in Spain and Portugal have had "discrete" (hard to find) signage. However, I have learned to look closely for small notices. Google maps knows where Sincerely Lisboa is. When you have "reached your destination" look for an apartment building door, rather than a shopping place door. You will see "Sincerely Lisboa" at the top of the buzzers.

Very kind, friendly staff! The staff accommodated us 15 mins earlier for breakfast cause we had to get to airport. The breakfast was good & facilities very clean, comfortable and in great location. Our stay was short, only one night but highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thanks so much Marion & Helen

Location was great, close to the Avenida metro station and just a 20-minute (beautiful) walk away from the Plaça do Comercio What really shone through for us was the kindness and hospitality of the staff! We had a small issue with the room on the first day and were helped and accommodated quickly and efficiently, and then when our airline cancelled our flight and rescheduled it, we were allowed to extend our stay one more night. This saved us lots of stress in an already stressful situation and it was really helpful! So, thank you again to the Sincerely, Lisboa staff

hotel placed in city center, 5min to walk to metro station. Roms are not too big, no TV inside, but not necessary. Breakfast was good and various, even when just having 2 kinds of sausage and 1 kind of cheese

Location is excellent on the main Avenue in Lisbon, Metro station only 100mtrs away, bus stops even closer and mainline stations close too.

The location of Sincerely Lisbon is brilliant. It is very close to everything and the public transport is just 1 minute away. The breakfast was basic but it is more than enough to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful. We even received a packed breakfast when whe had to leave early morning to reach our plane.

The room is small, with two beds, a small shower, a toilet, and nightstands. But it's very cozy, quiet, and peaceful. The staff is polite, and everything is clean. We liked everything very much!
