Loved everything! We had the suite at the top. This apartment is exquisite! The large bed is very comfortable with a luxurious bathroom en-suite. Lobby area with a small fridge, coffee machine and dainty tea cups was beautiful. Very spacious throughout with additional separate shower and toilet. Beautiful lavender toiletries ‘on tap’ - the whole apartment was impeccably clean throughout and the deco was to die for! Perfectly located in the lower end of the city close to plenty of restaurants and bars but was quiet overnight.

The location is excellent and the rooms are excellent. It is in directly in the centre of the old town (Baixa). The rooms are very nicely decorated, and it's a pleasure and relaxing to stay there. This was not my first time at the same place, and it was again excellent!

The property was beautifully decorated. The room was perfect in size with a comfortable doible bed. The smell of lavender everywhere was so relaxing. It felt like home away from home. I would definitely recommend 5 stars.

Al the staff were so helpful. Their system worked flawlessly, we checked in and out pretty easy. They were always in contact with us when we needed them. Bathroom was clear and there were enough shampoo and everything. Room was clear, had nice ambiance and decorations that felt like home and there were enough towels and everything.

The room is in a great location, a little smaller than the pictures but still very roomy for two. Really easy to contact the staff if we had any issues. I would definitely stay here again. Nice coffee facilities in the room as well. Great value for money as well.

Gorgeous suite room which was beautifully decorated...Large and very stylish! I totally loved it. Comfy bed and great shower. Nice library space upstairs. The area is also great...lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. I wish I had more time to explore but only stayed one night.
