Location was good. Easy access with instructions for key entry without need for reception staff. Aircon efficient and comfy bed.

The location is great and room more spacious with private bathroom with shower gel provided nevertheless good hotel some improvement needed in some area

Had an elevator, so it's important for us for my mum. We requested help for the TV setup, and they fixed it immediately. We were warm and comfortable. For a private room with a bathroom and large space, the price was excellent.

I had a solo room in the attic. For the price, it is a great alternative to a hostel bed, it even included a bathroom. The location was good - a quiet street, pleasant neighbourhood, restaurants. The receptionist was friendly, I got chech in related information in advance. The night rest depends on the other guests, I could hear my neighbours talking, not to mention if there is a movement in the corridors. Thankfully, mine were quiet at night.

The hotel upgraded my room so I stayed in a bigger one than I'd booked. I'm very grateful for this. I got a double room instead of a single one which was very generous. The room was spacious and had big windows and even a little balcony. Everything was basic but quite clean, I cannot complain. The internet connection was strong and the shower was good.

My room was clean and all the check-in instructions were clear. The internet connection was really good and there was a desk in my room so I could work. Also, there's a café and a restaurant on the ground floor of the building so you can have a meal without leaving the building during the day.

The location is perfect. Close to the metro station, you can also easily walk to the centre of Lisbon. It's a perfect place to stay for one or two days. Nice staff. It was no problem to check in after midnight.

The room was v small and towels bedsheets were off white dull. The toilet was clean. Window was v small and cd not be opened much and the view was v bad to other rooms or machines in the hotel.
