The staff within the hotel were exceptional and nothing was a bother to them. Always there to help from the reception staff, bar staff and kitchen staff and domestics. Fantastic customer service and a credit to the hotel. The reception staff (Isabel and the other girl, sorry didn't get her name) were incredible and friendly. I stayed with my daughter and we had the best time. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close by to everything. Room was beautiful and clean, however only thing I think was missing was tea/coffee facilities. I will definitely stay here again as Lisbon is a beautiful city. And I will be sure to recommend to anyone I know looking to visit Lisbon. Thank you for an incredible stay. Jacqueline

Overall a really nice place with clean and modern rooms (if you book the newer rooms) and the staff were extremely kind and helpful The bar and restaurant were very handy and breakfast was a great selection, those being so good really made our trip much better

Staff were amazing - welcoming, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Location was brilliant. Breakfast had great selection of sweet and savoury and hot and cold options, including gluten free bread on request. I stayed for a further 2 nights as part of a G Adventures tour.

Great location, friendly staff and yummy breakfast. Great selection at the bar and attentive bar tenders. Really convenient for getting everywhere around Lisbon. Only 5 mins from 2 different metro stations.
