The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card in the amount of EUR 50, as a security deposit.It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms. Non-compliance will result in a penalty charge of EUR 50.Please note that changing towels during the stay has an extra cost of EUR 2 per towel.Please note that late check-in from 20:30 until 00:00 has an additional fee of EUR 20 and from 00:00 until 01:00 has an additional fee of EUR 30. Please note that all reservations of 4 and more rooms will be charged 25% of the total amount. Everything was amazing. All of the stuff are very nice and ready to give us all the explanations we nedded. The rooms are clean and tidy. We enjoyed the staying here. All the recomandations.

We had a surprisingly spacious room with a view of the backyard garden. This garden with banana and lemon trees and the like was really nice, but unfortunately was closed after 8 pm (what might also be positive when you know how loud some people can talk...). Our room had air-conditioning, but obviously not all rooms do. Very close to Metro station (Green Line / Linha Verde), and other sights are in the easy walking distance.

we chose it because of its proximity to the airport, and that was fine. It is also quite close to the center, so in the evening we walked and found a good restaurant. the welcome at the reception was good. There is also a cosy garden where you could stay to read a book: we didn’t take advantage of it, because we didn’t have time.

Nice and QUIET. Flexible on the reception hours - we were late because of a delayed flight and the response from the hotel was immediate - with no extra charge for our late arrival - I think 9.30 pm - an hour after the reception normally closes. Many thanks to our host.😊

It was very clean, both the room and the bathrooms, the room was small but adequate for one person. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the garden and the fridge the guests could use.
