I have travelled to many countries all around the world in the past 30 years or so and stayed in many hotels. Portugal Boutique hotel rates as one of the top 3 for me! In particular the staff! They went way beyond what they needed to do to ensure we had a wonderful stay at their hotel. And it was our 30th wedding anniversary and they even had some wonderful gifts for us to help us celebrate! Yes one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in for sure! Thanks to all the amazing staff!

I can safely say that, in all my years of travelling, I have never experienced service like it in any hotel in any country in the world at any time. It was that good. And it was the simple things and most importantly the personal touch. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the most generous of smiles and the most helpful attitude I have ever witnessed at an hotel reception desk. We could not have been treated better. We could not have had more done for us. And that continued throughout the stay - from the preparation of the perfect room to the treats in the room (and later), to the invite to a wonderful wine tasting event in the hotel's wine cellar with the manager, right through to the always cheerful and extremely helpful attitude of every single one of the staff we met ! I'd like to especially call out out welcoming receptionist (and I won't offend by trying to spell her name as I know I'll get it wrong but she brought the best part of Brazil to Lisbon and you should be proud to have her -she's exceptional !!) to the gentleman who showed us to, and explained everything in, our room to us in such a professional and friendly manner. Kudos also to the manager, not alone for the wine tasting invite but also for his excellent company and for bringing guests together like he did - I just wanted to make sure that you knew that such things are appreciated! We could also not fault the cleanliness of the hotel or the food - both of which matched the overall exemplary service. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone coming to Lisbon at any time.

Everything is amazing. The location is just perfect. The reception welcomed us with a good mood and escorted us to the room. It is light, comfortable and very cozy. In the evening we also got a surprise. We were pleasantly surprised because in the evening we found wine, sweets and a message in the room thanking us for our choice. Breakfast I liked it, the coffee was so tasty that I wanted to repeat it. We are very satisfied, next time we will choose only this hotel. We recommend 100%

The hotel is very accessible to all the main sights in Lisbon particularly because it is only a couple of minutes walk to Rossio metro station and tram services. We had a lovely big room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very spacious with a separate bath and shower and plenty of nice toiletries. Treats were left in the room such as the local liqueur and port with mini natas which was a nice touch. We would happily stay again.

The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful and genuinely thoughtful, going above and beyond! The room was pristine, large and had very thoughtful details throughout during the stay (including some delicious local treats). Fab breakfast with a great variety of sweet/savoury baked goods, eggs, hot/cold meats, fresh seasonal fruit and natural yoghurt. Location is perfect for a short or long stay. I stayed here upon recommendation from my parents & friends who have stayed here over the years, and my stay (altho short due to being delayed arriving) exceeded expectations. This was my first time in Portugal and I am really looking forward to returning!
