Location is great. Near to Campo Pequeno,lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Even though it's located in a busy area,you can't hear traffic noise at night. The room was clean and the pillows were super comfortable! Reception staff are helpful.

It's near the Arroios metro stop. Nearby you have supermarkets or small bars to have your breakfast (coffee, fresh orange juice, and croissant for 4.50 - 5.50 euros). You can walk your way downtown in less than an hour. You can leave your luggage if you arrive too early for check-in. There's a small terrace in the room. The Hotel clerk speaks English and understands Spanish.

Excellent customer service! Friendly and were willing to let us check in early since they had a room ready. Originally we were going to keep the luggages there until check in but they were able to find a clean room that was ready for us instead.

Very good value for the money, room was even bigger than on the pictures seemed, nice balkony for smokers, we weren’t looking to the main stret so it was not noisy, there was very good water pressure in the bathroom, bed is confortable, cleaning was every day, with changing of towels, definitely a recomendation Also, location is very well connected, also the street is alive, nice bars and restaurants even markets are everywere

Nice and clean accommodation almost in the center of the city. Excellent transport accessibility (metro, bus). A very good starting point for sightseeing in Lisbon. The room was clean, spacious, 24-hour reception, very nice staff. There are really only beds, towels and storage space in the room. I appreciate the beautiful view of the city from the 7th floor.

Easy to find. Warm welcome at reception and check-in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable- just what we needed.
