We had the BEST experience ever! The location is fantastic, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. A special mention goes to Mr. Samanth, who was incredibly kind to upgrade us when we had an issue with the shower. The hotel is so beautiful, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. In winter, they offer a menu where you can choose as much as you want, which I actually prefer over a buffet. Everything about the service and atmosphere exceeded our expectations.

The location is very good,the staff is also very kind, the receptionist and all of the staff was very helpful. Our welcome was very kind. The breakfast was excellent, however it was a little bit strange that it was not continental breakfast (however we could as much eat as we wanted).

The location of the hotel within the city was extremely convenient for the areas we wanted to visit as we could walk to the venues. The hotel was full of history and character and felt authentic with staff who really cared about every aspect of our experience and comfort during our stay. They even found out about my wife's birthday and placed a gift in our room with a lovely hand-written message. We felt 'celebrated and cherished' at all times during our stay.
