Stay was fine apart from our check in experience, which was painful. I was told we had reserved two rooms, when we had only booked one, and that we could be charged for the second room I explained that I had received an email from Novotel the day before our planned stay asking us to check in online, which we did. I can only assume this check in was mistaken for another booking. The person on the reception was far from helpful and bordered on being rude
