Please note that late check-in after 22:30 until 01:00 has an additional fee of EUR 25. After 17:00 it is mandatory to inform the hour of arrival so that a staff member will be at the guesthouse to perform the check-in.
Please note that all reservations of 4 and more rooms will be charged 25% of the total amount. This amount is not refundable even in case of cancellation.

Great location...My single room was a bit pokey and I had use of a shared bathroom but it suited the purpose. The place was immaculately clean and was constantly being cleaned all day. Room serviced even. Kitchen and lounge room adequate and again very clean. Check in easy

The room was so sweet. Small, but with all you could need for a stay. There were additional facilities like borrowing a hairdryer, an entire communal living space with kitchen resources. The lady cleaning and running the place was very kind with excellent English and advice. Great value overall. I was delighted.

Room was spotless , had the kitchen to make a brew , use of fridge , and a tv room .lovely sitting out on the small balcony watching the busy streets below . The lady who worked there was fabulous , so helpful and friendly , bed linen was clean , bathrooms clean and fresh , on the whole for the price we payed and the central location was fabulous, would stay again .

Was perfectly acceptable for the price, room was spacious enough and came with a fan and heater if needed. Enjoyed having a sink & shower in the room as well but there were also no problems with the shared bathroom. Felt safe and comfortable here, would stay again. Also a great location in the city and discrete.

The location is perfect, literally as close to the centre as you could be. Also 5 mins walk to 2 different metro stations. Loads of bars, restaurants and attractions nearby in beautiful part of town. The lady who was at the reception and cleaning was very nice, helpful and hard working! Having tea/coffee and biscuits in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Everything was clean.

Very good location, in the old town of Lisbon and by the tube network & rail station. The owner is friendly. The room is pretty and the balcony is nice, the bathroom is good with high water pressure. The price was good value. It wasn't noisy, the sound insulation is very good on the window.

Location was perfect in the middle of the city centre. Rooms and the public places are really clean. Housekeeping cleaned the room, toilets and showers everyday.
