Ideally located, around the corner from the Rossio metro and close to the Rossio train station. Easily walkable to the castle, the waterfront and the many restaurants and bars in the area. Very quiet at night which was a bit of a surprise given the location. Breakfast was okay only but it was quite convenient to have this option at the hotel. The luggage storage was a plus for us and the 24 hour front desk was convenient.

The first thing that stood out was how impeccably clean everything was—it’s clear they take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The room service was outstanding, always prompt and attentive. The interior design of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a modern yet cozy feel that made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to explore all of Lisbon. The reception desk is manned 24/7, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend My Story Hotel Tejo for anyone visiting Lisbon. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service!

Great location in central Lisbon. Nice modern room that was quiet since the window was towards a shaft. Some complementary treats (pastel de nata and sparkling wine for new years) in the room. Good breakfast.

We booked this hotel as we had been staying in an apartment that couldn’t extend our stay unless we went through all the re-registration process- the reception was ‘manned’ only by a telephone line. The Tejo hotel was friendly and reception were very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, clean and comfortable.

Perfect for a city break, modern hotel with great rooms in a convenient location, making it easy to walk to all the main sights in lisbon. Provided us with a free drink on arrival and pastel de natas - also gave us a bottle of champagne for new year’s eve which was a lovely gesture.

Great hotel with great staff. The hotel is situated in the city center and close to the metro Rossio. A lot of nice places were close to the hotel. The single bedroom was very big with a nice bathroom.
