Staff were happy to help as much as they could and very friendly. Privacy curtains helped 75%, still a gap at top of some, bottom of others. Great little kitchen area, control over TV, little tarrace area if you get hot. I found the bed comfy, as I like a soft mattress. Not over crowded like some can be, enough seating for all. Free tea & coffee is a nice touch for those that drink it. Good price too, which always helps. Really pleased that towel was included. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay 😁

Extremely nice and helpful staff ❤️ I enjoyed beds with curtains, free towell was an big plus and free tea/coffee as well. I used it just for a night on a real bed between two flights, so location was perfect for me - 400m from metro line to airport. I also liked the common area - great for relaxing, reading and also for socializing.

I've been to a few hostels in Lisboa now and this one tops the lot! The host was very welcoming and had a really positive vibe, the place was clean, had a nice common area and kitchen with an induction stove, microwave, water heater and dispenser, free selection of tea was a lovely touch as well! Beds were comfy with privacy curtains, lockers were probably the biggest I've encountered thus far, you get a padlock to use, also lovely. Bathroom has shampoo and shower gel, you get a towel, feels really homely!

Clean, everyone working there is very nice and welcoming. Overall it's pretty clean, comfy beads and it gives you privacy with little curtains on each bed.

Positives: - The staff is very friendly and welcoming. - Common areas, tables, and other shared spaces are cleaned daily. - Free access to an iron and a hairdryer is a nice touch. - Towels are in good condition, and the blankets are decent. - Overall, it’s livable for 1-2 nights

Clean and friendly, but the beds are very wobbly, the mattresses are old and the ventilation was as loud as an idling car. Even with earplugs, I hardly slept.
