Staff was very friendly. The superior room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast delicious. In general it was on of the most pleasant stays ever. Made our trip to Lisbon an amazing experience.

Good breakfast, I have been to other FLH Hotels and you get the same standard everywhere which is nice. I felt safe and it was quiet at night. I was als well treated by the staff. I love how they care for you individually. Everything was clean!

Very comfortable hotel in a perfect position in Lisbon. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Free coffee throughout the day and port in the evening was a bonus.

Good location between Alfama and Chiado. Within walking distance to many good restaurants and Castelo Sao Jorge and Fado restaurants. We took one of the bigger rooms in the loft, which was spacious.

Great location within easy walking of CBD and Alfama. Large room with good features. Excellent breakfast included. Very helpful staff. No street noise on 4th floor. Great to have a complimentary Port on arrival and free tote bag.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to central tourist attractions. The breakfast was lovely, with staff replenishing food throughout the breakfast service.. The staff were super helpful and lovely, and helped to try and solve the issue we had with air conditioning. A really lovely hotel that I would recommend and would stay again.

Great little boutique hotel in old area of Lisbon. Easy walk to the main attractions around the older sections of Lisbon, near waterfront, cruise terminal, restaurants and shops. Staff were exceptionally helpful.
