Everything is excellent.. starting from the check-in, the friendly staff, helpful concierge, easy communication by WhatsApp for planning and scheduling tour & restaurant reservations, the suite is so nice and comfortable (we got an upgrade for both suites), the books in the rooms are valuable and well selected, I couldn't have the time to go throughout all books, the food in the breakfast is tasty, and finally the art gallery it's an excellent idea to have such thing open with easy access in the hotel, the variety of arts painting and the sculptures made my choice to get some of them.

Lovely hotel in a central location. The bed was very comfortable. Nicely decorated and has some lovely art for sale on the walls. Hope to go back again in the warmer months and enjoy the outdoor pool. It was very cozy in December. Lovely cocktails.

Hotel in quiet street. Room was excellent with nice view of terrace. Great amenities in room Superb breakfast with lots of choice. Nice bar with good choice of cocktails and wine. All staff were very professional and welcoming. Would certainly recommend to other travellers looking for a hotel in Lisbon.

Superb location, room, facilities and food. Most of all, every single member of staff was excellent; caring, friendly, always ready with a welcome and a smile. This hotel is totally deserving of its five stars!
