The hostel lies in an interesting neighborhood with hip bars and good restaurants. the hostel itself has a personal vibe and an impressive roof top terrace.

Location was great. Very easy access to metro and tram. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Shared areas were nice and also very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The private budget room was perfect for me and my partner, since we just really want the luxury of our own bathroom. The guest house was so cosy and the budget room lived up to hotel standards for me. As a bookworm, I loved all the poets references and the books lying around, it made me feel right at home! When we were ready, we would get down to the kitchen to drink a coffee. Everytime there were other guests, everyone would say hi - which made the atmosphere really nice and friendly. This was also the case for the staff, they were superfriendly and replied to our messages on booking.com very quickly. We loved the location as well because we always started our day by strolling through Alfama and picked up coffee along the way, and there are LOTS of cosy breakfast places near the guest house.

Spotlessly clean. Nice quiet location but not far from everything you need. Fantastic to have the kitchen/dining/terrace area to self cater. Andreia was very friendly & helpful.

Had a balcony with a lovely view. Shared kitchen also had a shared dining room a another bigger balcony eating area.

Kitchen facilities for preparing own food. The café next door is excellent. Had breakfast there every day and other meals too. The hotel staff were excellent. So helpful.
