Great location and staff were amazing! Simple things like them greeting you every time you left or arrived back at the hotel made you feel special. The room was spacious and really well equipped. The bed was super comfy. The hotel is situated right in the middle of Baixa which is perfect for all the attractions and places to eat.

Excellent hotel , lovely big room overlooking the street at the front of the building , plenty of room to relax and spread out , sofa in front of tv , coffee machine , fridge etc .

The hotel is very centric on the old town of the city. Accessible to public transport, restaurants, gift shops, museums and stores. The hotel was very clean. We stayed here for 3 days and every time we go back to our hotel it's like we have checkin the first time. The staff are very nice, cheerful and helpful. We also got an upgrade in our booking. Breakfast is also good. They also have a bar with live music.

The staff were very pleasant, went out of their way most times.We felt really pampered. The bathroom is really big and clean The location is outstanding, walking distance to most things We had our drinks refilled at no extra cost daily.
