The best place to stay in Lisbon, very helpful from the airport to give us all the direction, and the welcoming is the best. The place is so well kept and clean, with water, snacks and tea always available. They always put us a bottle of water in the room too. The breakfast is the best thing, high-quality brunch and the best coffee in town.

The staff here, especially Soraia, were so friendly and helpful. Soraia was willing to help us with anything that we asked! I loved the vibe of this place and how close it was to the metro. It is even better that you get free breakfast is the lovely Hygge cafe downstairs. Although we had an early flight home, Soraia provided breakfast boxes for all of us. There was also pastries, chocolate and refreshments available on the property and in the rooms!

Excellent location. Away from the tourist traps in a comfortable neighbourhood. Plenty of evening restaurant choices, a few steps to the metro but very quiet at night. Hygge House rooms are large, simple and comfortable. Staff are all absolutely charming, kind and relaxed. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs is to an exceptional a la carte standard.
