The position is good, very close to the metro station. The facility is clean and the room was reasonably big. The staff was gentle and helpful.

The staff was amazing. Our flight was 3 hours late on Christmas Eve, and they managed to book a restaurant and get them keep our booking until we got there. They were super helpful and patient. Reception is 24-hours.
