Very smart, clean and comfortable. Service staff including waiters and cleaners very friendly and helpful. Less so the front of house staff.

Location was excellent, not far from a big park where the winter wonderland was held. Minutes to different restaurants and supermarkets. We joined a day tour guide and the meeting point was just 7 mins walk. The room was spacious and clean, although it was a bit dated but we still like the quality and traditional decor. For a 5 star hotel, the price was unbeatable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
