The personnel are not very friendly, but maybe it is a normal case in Portugal, which I have never experienced before anywhere else in Europe. Maybe we just have to get used to it. I had to change my key card every two days because it just didn't work, although I carefully kept it in a separate pocket. It was annoying when you couldn't open the door when you were back and must go downstairs again asking for a new key. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean , and the bed was comfortable. The other two rooms we had didn't have a key problem The breakfast was very good. We can even order eggs from the kitchen. But unlike the other hotels I know everywhere else, they don't let you know about it when you sit or start your breakfast. You must find the information by yourself near the coffee machines. But I must say some of the breakfast personnel were quite friendly. The location of the hotel is great. It is close to the parks , metro station, bus stop, shops , restaurants, museums, and El Corte Ingles. And it is only 15 minutes from the international airport.

The rooms were big enough, beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Free underground car parking, very tight if you had a big car you couldn't have got past the first level. Breakfast was very busy The first morning everything had gone and I had to wait for them to refill, lots of options. I didn't like the scrambled eggs.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is a walking distance from three metro stations. The room was clean and the cleaner was really nice and polite

Staff were so friendly and helpful..Bruno was so friendly and helpful. Leanne and Msrco too..so helpful and gave us great tips about lisbon... great breakfast ..the sports bar was really nice and well kept with nice food selection.

Close to the station, you can eat well in the area. The room was clean and consistent with the offer. Breakfast ok. I recommend it.
