Great location, we had a room on the back, it was incredibly quiet. Shutters on the windows made the room really dark, great for a lazy morning.

A really nice hotel located on a busy narrow street. Traffic noise at morning rush hour an issue if room overlooks street. That apart, very helpful staff, nice room, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Don't bother going to one of the nearby, trendy cafes for breakfast. I'd stay there again but request a room at back of hotel.

The front desk fellows were so amazing and all helped because we had never been to Portugal before;, the wonderful lady that served the breakfast was beyond sweet. The breakfast was really good. Fresh orange juice, ordered off the menu which was a nice change. Our room was spotless !

Rooms were clean, a little old fashioned, could do with modernisation. Staff were really nice especially John at reception who has alot of history knowledge of the world
