we had previously walked past the hotel on a previous visit and were very impressed with the staff and the location. The breakfast was also amazing and had a wide range of choices for the different tastes in our group of 6 - there was something for everyone (even the fussy eaters)

The hotel is in the city center, close to the train station and restaurants. Having breakfast in the roof top is amazing option and one should really try it.

The hotel building and location. The room was excellent, and the view from our room was vast. From entry to the reception staff who were very welcoming and friendly. The rooftop terrace was spectacular, and the bar staff were very friendly. There were 3 of us in the room, which was big enough to have at least 5 beds in there, still with enough room to manoeuvre. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. I didn't want to get up.

The hotel offers the best views of the city and Castle from the rooftop bar. The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice. Has a store right next to it for all your daily needs. Perfect

Location was excellent. Rooftop bar fabulous, staff are very friendly. Cleanliness I would rate as excellent, attention to detail is amazing.

Members of staff and the rooms allocated to me. The port and pastes de nata at the room. I could have breakfast at the rooftop and a free drink at the bar, but I never have the time. One day, I'll do it. The service is 5 stars, thank you.

We received a warm welcome from the team, check in was easy. The room Clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a great choice. We booked our breakfast on the 8th floor, wonderful panoramic view of the city. Do book the breakfast on the 8th floor when checking in. It’s great for dinner too but a bit pricy. The private parking space cost 15 Euros per night, do bear in mind narrow parking. Hotel in good location with bars, Restaurants and shops walking distance. Thank you Louis
