I liked the location, the kind staff, the room layout, the coffee in the breakfast. The water outlet in the bathtub is super noisy, it needs to be replaced with a normal one.

Great location, very close to the center, but not loud or crowded. Room was really nice, fresh, with everything you need. Breakfast was really good as well. Would stay here again.

Enjoyable stay; liked the suite for the extra room we had especially as there was only a modest 'lounge' area downstairs. We were fortunate enough to have a parking space right outside the hotel which was good. Otherwise it could have been tricky finding a parking space. Easy walking distance to point where you can catch City Sightseeing buses.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location is good, with easy access to public transport. The breakfast was very good with a good variety. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helped me with vegetarian options. A special shout to the night receptionist who was very helpful and understanding.

The hotel is modern and stylish. We liked our room immediately when entered it. It smelled of delicate cleaning means. The bed was excellent, we slept like a log. We enjoyed hot water in the bathroom and the temperature in the room itself was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We appreciated hot dishes a lot (pizzas, eggs, etc) as well as a good choice of fruit (5-6 species), tasty pastries and coffee. The meeting points of many tours are located nearby, so it's enough time to enjoy tasty dishes and walk towards one of them.
