The location was excellent. The Wi-fi was great. The bed was comfortable. The hot water had a very good flow although the all drains were slow flow. The staff were friendly and helpful (considering the language barrier).

Centrally located hotel close to metro, bars, shops and restaurants. Located next to a supermarket where you can pick up freshly squeezed orange juice, wine etc that you can put in the small fridge in room. TV also has plenty of programmes in English.

The hotel was in a excellent position to explore the city, reception staff where extremely polite, unfortunately we cannot comment on the comfort of the hotel as our room had a problem, but the manager moved us to a different hotel and have us a complementary breakfast, we were happy with the way this was all sorted by staff at INN Rossio.
