Great and quite location near bars and restaurants as well as some of most important monuments of Lisbon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but absolutely worthy compared to prices of eating outside the hotel. Value for money!

Great location close to metro stations and short walk to Baixa and Barrio Alto. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall a good budget hotel.

I liked the breakfast , i always like the breakfast to be served as buffet so i can eat and drink like home. Also although it was in the center of the city it was quet. The personel was great , the guy in the night shift was hilarious and cool, He stored our bags of cheeze we brought from the azores in their fridge for the 2 nights we stayed. Also in the room was a nice big desk that looked so nice to work .Overal the room was small but , cozy

Great location, friendly and professional staff, clean, modern furnishings, quality toiletries, comfortable and large bed, very spacious to easily unpack / pack. Extremely happy with my stay and would highly recommend to anyone going to Lisbon.

Great location, central but quiet street away from the hustle bustle. Lots of bars , restaurants and supermarket handy if you arrive late. Staff were lovely & so professional.

Location is nice, very quiet, there are staff and guests in the lobby 24/7, I feel very safe. The neighbour is nice, not many hobos around. The room is spacious with good sound proof, you can open the window (just a bit) to enjoy the Lisbon fresh air. My favourite part of the hotel is their staff, they all have good smile and speak good English, very helpful and friendly. I love this place!

I'm giving this hotel 5 stars because it exceeded our expectations. On this trip, we decided to save a little on accommodations. We didn't even miss the usual amenities, that we never usually end up using, like a coffee machine, dresser/drawers. The room was extremely clean, quite spacious, and perfect wifi connection. The air conditioner was the quietest I've ever experienced in a hotel, the curtains offered complete blackout, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We booked a superior double room, which is basically a king size bed, with one of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept in (we stayed 6 nights). We were on the 6th floor and could not hear the street at all, there was also next to no halfway/elevator noise. It's a great location, 2 blocks up from the Avienda da Liberdade, a 20-ish minute walk to Praca da Figureia/the Rossio or Praca do Pombal/Praca Eduardo VII, and a 10 minute walk to a Hop-on-Hop-off bus stop. There are pastry shops, restaurants and markets/groceries less than a block in any direction. The neighbourhood is accessible, quiet and safe. There is a breakfast room, which we did not use, and a bar/coffee bar/lounge area in the main lobby. This hotel provides the basics very well, we were not disappointed.
