Friendly and helpful staff, clean and nice buffet breakfast. Hotel 1 to 2 minutes walk from Avenida Metro. Hotel in central location for shops, restaurants and historical sites.

Great room, comfortable bed, the water pressure in the shower is absolutely fantastic. Wonderful location as well! I recommend this hotel!

Location is short walk from Rossio and away from the noise etc. There is an entrance to the blue metro line 100 metres away. Staff are very friendly and assisted with local information and recommendations.

Location was perfect. Room clean and good housekeeping. Breakfast was ok . Delighted with stay and would book again. My room was right next to reception

THE LOCATION!!!! It's absolutely perfect, close to everything a tourist need. Which goes along with a bit of a noise at night - Avenida Liberdade is always quite busy. Nevertheless, I would definitely go back there. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The hotel is on an old, charming building, which was renovated in an old style. It has a classical touch, marbles, dark wooden elements. Some seems a bit used, but it's really clean. I would not choose a breakfast, since it was pretty simple, but that's the only disadvantage.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and the hotel is reasonably close to the centre.
