The room was clean.Heating by AC was excellent.Bathroom was of middle size with a bath.Mattresses were very good.Bed were big.Stuff was helpful and responsive.Breakfast was good,above our expectations: juice two types,many coffee,tea,milk options from machine,omelette,ham and cheese,jam,butter,two types of cakes,apples and oranges,muesli,We could leave luggage after check out.Area was ok and safe.Nearby metro.Five minutes to Lidl market with microwave where you can seat and eat.Fourty minutes of walk to the center of Lisboa. Fridge and TV( good choice of channels)in the room.Coffe maker.The price was very reasonable for Lisboa.24 hour reception .We'd come again.

I was very grateful that the hotel agreed to a change of dates from my original booking (upon arrival!) and the staff were always extremely helpful and gracious. The included breakfast had many options and some excellent fresh bread and cakes. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to the Metro station Arroios, a 5-7 minute walk away (depending which entrance you used). Cable stations offered channels in English.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel do Chile. The location was perfect for my needs, well served by public transportation. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast provided a good start for the day. The staff at the reception desk were kind and helpful.

I had a big mug of tea for breakfast, better than those small cups which finish in two sips. The lift was fast and quiet - as my room was close to it, you do not hear it from inside the room. The water pressure in the bath was super and the bed was comfortable.

Nice place for a short stay. The staff members are so kind. The place is at walking distance from subway stations.
