Good location in the heart of historic Lisbon. Rooms are designed really nicely. Great shower. Wonderful staff. There was a small issue with our room on our first evening… I’m sure the heating mode on the aircon is very rarely needed in Lisbon, but we happened to stay on the coldest week of the year and our aircon was only cooling, not heating. I called reception and a staff member called Tomas came straight up. He was extremely helpful, trying to fix the problem and then moving us to another room where he had already put the heating on. It was nice and warm. We felt very well taken care of.

Clean, comfortable and felt like a very good upmarket establishment. Fantastic staff, they couldn’t be more helpful. A great find, I’m sure we will book again in the future when visiting Lisbon.

Excellent hotel. Amazing, central location. All of the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and professional. The room was great. Large and lovely outside terrace area. Breakfast choice & quality were both great.

The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpfull. They tried thier best to make our stay comfy. Even the house keeping team, the aminities in the room are excellent. The location is super. We stayed at premium room with terrace which is very special and nice

A wonderful boutique hotel with an amazing view. The service was of the highest quality, the staff very friendly and sincere. Room was very clean with lovely terrace. The breakfast was also very excellent. One more time many thanks for Geovana.

The initial room allocated to us was unacceptable but the reception staff were patient in providing a more suitable room to our satisfaction. Breakfast was very good and the location was excellent, being right in the middle of everything.

Spotless. Rarely been in a cleaner hotel room! The room with terrace, facing eastward, was very comfortable and the view superb. No issues with scaffoldings. Bed was comfortable and staff very helpful. The roof bar and breakfast room is open again since 16 May.
