Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable service provided by every member of staff we met, who are a credit to the hotel and made our holiday feel extra special. Lovely treats to come back to in the room, the surprise birthday breakfast treats and the champagne and fruit left in the room for my husband's birthday were totally unexpected but very much appreciated and very thoughtful. Breakfast outstanding with a wide variety to choose from. We would definitely return to the Avenida Palace.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The room was beautiful, with a modern and elegant interior, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast service was outstanding; the staff were attentive and efficient, and the buffet itself was a truly impressive array. The sheer variety of options available each morning was remarkable. The service throughout the hotel, from check-in to check-out, was consistently superb. We can't wait to return!

Excellent location within walking distance of major attractions made exploring the area effortless. The breakfast options were great with traditional dishes served as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Very neat and clean.

Hotel Avenida Palace is a spectacular property in the heart of Lisbon, right next to a beautiful train station. We walked pretty much everywhere. We loved staying here. I especially liked the entry off of the street. The hotel has its own little plaza where cars can stop and drop you off and pick you up. The room is very well appointed with a sitting area and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel even provides a mobile phone with a GPS and guide on it. We tried to use it, but didn't take the time to really figure it out. It was also nice to have a little entry room and that the bathroom is not an ensuite. Breakfast is in a beautiful room and while there was a lot of food, there wasn't a lot of food for vegans like us, but we managed to fill up on salads, grilled vegetables, fruit and toast. The also left us a few gifts, e.g. a shopping bag, a cloth to clean my laptop screen - which I thought were very lovely and generous.

Excellent location for all sightseeing, cafes and restaurants. The hotel was fabulous, lovely to be pampered by professional and so friendly staff. It had a feeling of grandeur and a step back in time. The breakfast was an experience not to be missed.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Beautiful building conveniently located in the center of town. Very pleasant staff. The room was clean, good wifi, even had a smartphone for convenience. The hotel pleased me with various pleasant gestures and compliments. Separately I want to note the luxurious breakfasts, everything was varied and delicious! Going to visit this hotel again for my birthday! The best impressions and thanks to the hotel for a pleasant vacation in it.

The property is one of the best 5 stars we have stayed in europe and the location was right at the centre of lisbon. The staff were reallly friendly and courteous and made oir stay memorable. Overall, i would highly recommend Avenida palace.

A building with history,placed în the best place of city,wonderful decorated,A spectacular hall with cristal chandelleires and huge mirrors,,live plano music every day,nice little attentions în the room every day!The breakfast room takes your breath away,,with a beautiful vue, a lot of products, good cod de and a very well trained staff with class!
