Please note that children from 5 to 17 years old can be accommodated in an extra bed, at cost of EUR 35 per bed, per night.Please note that for Non-Refundable reservations, guests are required to present the credit card used in the reservation, while checking in.Please note that payment is due upon check-in.Please note that for using the pool, it's necessary to schedule a time from 10h30 am to 19h30 pm, and It's allowed to stay 1h per day and limited to 5 persons at time.The car park cannot be reserved. It is subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel. The daily rate for medium vehicles is €15. For large vehicles (vans) the daily rate is €18. Electric charging is subject to availability and upon prior request. Add €10 to the daily rate.The gym is available on the -1 floor of the hotel. It is free to use, however you need to make an appointment at the hotel reception in advance. Check available times. There are some usage rules that must be respected by the user, namely: eating is not permitted on the premises; it is mandatory for each person to use a towel; Children (up to 15 years old) are not allowed in the gym.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

There is nothing great or nothing to complain about this hotel. Everything is good and there are some minor improvements like having at least 2 bath towels in the room, providing dental and shaving kits, etc.

Really big rooms (at least mine was)..all clean and really comfortable. Area is fairly quiet at night which was a bonus. The staff could not be more helpful, got some great tips about where to eat locally. far enough out of the centre so your out of the tourist crowds, but the metro is only about 10 mins away...or if your feeling up to it a 35-40 min walk into town, which means you get to see a bit more of Lisbon

The room was nice and comfortable, the location is very good as you can reach many places and resturants by walk, the beakfast is nice. The room service is good and done ontime.

The property is in a very good location and taxis are very cheap using bolt. The hotel was very clean and had very good facilities. Breakfast was great quality and good value for money. The pool was clean and reception was very nice.

Location great, hotel modern and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar very good and tasty. Mini fridge and kettle in room which were invaluable.
