We were really happy with our stay. The location is slightly out of the main tourist areas but Ubers are so low cost that it’s cheap and easy. The metro station is very close too but we had young kids so it was easier to travel with Uber. The breakfast was a huge hit with the kids as they had a pancake maker that the kids could watch the pancakes being made.

House keeping staff made sure everyday the room was upto date with fresh linen. Appreciate it . Also the staff for breakfast were excellent. They provided the best service for family. Keep it up.

Breakfast was lovely and staff everywhere were very friendly and helpful. i had an issue with the bill and extra charges and this was addressed quickly and money was refunded.

Super hotel, perfectly situated for our work with the IST University. Comfortable rooms, welcoming lobby with good book selection, pleasant location. Near the metro for getting into the old city.

Great location... close to the airport as well as the city center. Well connected by bus and the underground metro/train, lot of restaurants and malls in the vicinity. House keeping kept the room clean on a daily basis. Staff were helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
