Nice location. Walking distance to Rossio and metro. Supportive staff. They have a luggage store where you can keep luggages after checking out for free. There were only two bathrooms to be shared by entire floor. Free coffee machine available

I found the location perfect. It’s very close to all the major attractions like Bairro Alto and Alfama, and there are plenty of nice, non-touristy restaurants nearby. The area is also well connected and easy to get to and from the airport. The reception staff was friendly, and there was free coffee available in the morning. There’s also a functioning kitchen—which I didn’t use though—and a large fridge for storing groceries. I stayed in a single room with a shared bathroom. The room featured a double bed, which was comfortable enough. At 5’11” (180 cm), the bed was just long enough for me. It also had two power outlets, a lamp, a chair, a coat hanger, and a big window with shutters, and a large mirror.

The shared rooms and shower rooms are clean and well-maintained. The location was also good, within walking distance of the metro station and there are supermarkets, laundromat and cafes nearby. You can take a stroll into the town center on foot. And above all, the owner and staff are very kind. They are kind enough to explain things to me slowly in English, even though I am not good at English. Thank you very much.

Joana was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to clearly explain the house rules and how everything works. I had a day trip planned and was moving on to another destination, and she was kind enough to assist me with my luggage, even outside regular hours. As this was my first hostel experience, Joana’s warmth and helpfulness made it truly enjoyable.

The private room was very large and had everything you needed in it. I liked the balcony I was also given at no extra cost. Everything was extremely clean and well decorated. The location is perfect and is in the nice flat part of Lisbon and within good access of all the main attractions in the centre.

This place is so comfy and good in all conditions! The personal was very nice and polite. The living conditions are excellent, everything you need is available, and most importantly, it is very cozy and clean.

Fantastic location easy to find Clean and easy to use facilities Staff were highly impressive and friendly I didn’t get the guys name but I assume the owner ? Very friendly and funny and made us feel very welcome He gave us a list of things to do and recommendations he was very helpful it really was a nice welcome and I greatly appreciated it
