Superb Location to sights , shopping , food . Spacious apartment. Most times will pick properties with Washing machine and the machine was very clean ; even supplied laundry detergent sheets . Kitchen items clean and in excellent working condition. Great Breakfast supplies eg croissant , egg tarts on order basis with fridge restocked daily. Special mention of thanks to Martim on 1st / last day and (?) Daniel on 24/25th for bringing us an extra jar granola / carton of milk . Both had sincere and helpful tones in their voice.

The hotel is located in a perfect area, close to all interest points. Staff is very polite and helpful. You get fresh bread and croissants in the morning, coffee, tea, jam, fruits. All this is filled next day if used. A bottle of wine etc…Cleaning in the room is done every 2nd day which is nice

Had a fantastic stay at Grape Harbor, staff were very friendly and helpful .Apartment was spotless , great location and the inclusive breakfast was perfect . I would highly recommend staying here .Close to a lot of attractions and the metro is close by, handy journey from airport

The location was perfect for a first time visit to Lisbon, close to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were amazing - warm croissants, bread rolls and Portuguese tarts delivered with eggs and lots of other goodies in the fridge. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with friends and it was very comfortable. Staff were happy to provide restaurant recommendations to assist.

Super friendly staff, perfect location, very central, even for those traveling with small children like us (<1 and 3 years). The staff was very attentive e to the well-being of families, we really appreciated this aspect.

Apartment was very clean with clean bedding and towels, comfortable beds and a good shower. Apartment is in an excellent location. Loved the breakfast, fresh pasteis da nata, croissants and bread delivered every morning, all other breakfast items were in the fridge and replenished daily. Friendly and welcoming staff.
