Among the 30-40 accommodation I've tried in Lisbon, this guesthouse is definitely one of the bests facility wise. Despite worn-out exterior appearance and a small staircase to the reception, the rooms are neatly renovated and all the staff essential for the stay is available. The lady in this hotel is very attentive, and the cleaning girl (Patricia) is really professional. The area around the hotel is full of cafes and restaurants with affordable prices. I could still find Old good Lisbon here. Access from metro stations (Anjos or Intendente, both Green Line) is very easy and no slope or stairs.

i would recommend this hotel 100% good central location very friendly hosts the hotel was absolutely spotless and a credit to the owners i would not hesitate to recommend or book this hotel next time im in lisbon i just wish i was there longer thank you so much for a brilliant stay

The room was really good. The smell of the room when you enter the first time was nice. The bathroom was really new. The beds were also good. And the staff were friendly

Great location - 15-20 min walk from historic center. Nice neighborhood, a sweet cafe for breakfast just in the same house. A few restaurants in front of the hotel. Very nice personnel, ready to check us in at 3am because of a delayed flight. Small room but for the price very good. A renovated bathroom. Wifi working. Great value for money in Lisbon center!

I had a triple room, with comfortable beds, clean room, there was always someone at the reception, the location is close to the subway, there are also restaurants and shops in the area. It was quiet in the hotel, so very good for rest. I recommend.

Overall, it’s a good option for the price if you just need a place to stay overnight. The room is small but has a large bed, a table, a chair, and nightstands. The bathroom was fairly clean. However, the location is excellent, with the metro nearby, lots of cafes, and even an affordable eatery in the building, and a very good restaurant right across the street!

Location is great- close to metro, close to center, close to a nice coffee place,. I felt safe even travelling as a single lady. The cleaning lady passed each morning to put in order - it looked better cleaned than my home. The night guard was a nice old man, smiling and answering me all my questions.

Close to the metro and famous tram. Clean. Small room but suitable for our needs. We were there to explore and only needed a bed to sleep.
