Hotel was lovely, had a nice individual feel. Close to the centre, easy to find, rooms a good size, lots of choice for breakfast. Staff so friendly and helpful. Loved the idea sheets left on our bed each morning. Very accommodating when we asked to leave our luggage on the days of arrival and departure. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Great breakfast and excellent staffing to help. Room was perfect for our stay. Staff always available to give advice. It was great talking to the group manager on her visit and she explained why no kettles etc in the room.... because so many are careless and stain the carpets etc.... we really get it. Finally JP is so helpful. We arrived back in the evening and he knew without being asked that a cup of tea before bedtime would be excellent.... great member of staff
