Excellent and helpful staff, including the concierges. Fantastic breakfast; we lingered. Great location; lovely rooms; good value for money. Our boys appreciated the sports gym, sauna and dipping pool. The inviting lobby and restaurant areas were very stylishly designed around the ruins of an old convent.

Location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed very happy in their job The hotel itself being a converted convent was second to none. The design was done very symmetrical to utilise the existing structure.

Staff were friendly and made me feel really welcome. They even changed my room when I told them I needed a bigger desk space for work. Also got complementary Portuguese custard tarts. Breakfast was amazing. Shout out to Tiago at the front desk for extending my check-out time for a few hours.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and went out of their way to assist. The Hotel is perfectly located near to Rossio Metro station and the main railway station and can be reached from the Airport within 30 mins. It is centrally located and near to the main attractions , the old town and main shopping district. The hotel rooms are small but well equipped and very quiet. The bed is very comfortable.

The staff from the hotel went above and beyond to make me feel like home, i would totally recommend the place! Also i had to book 2 more nights and was able to keep the same room that i had on first place! Amazing stay!
