Fabulous staff (24/7) - friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the help carrying luggage up so many floors as no elevator - they say they do it all the time! Which made it easy to choose to stay there! There is (complimentary) coffee/tea and delicious snacks/fruit available 24/7 in the very pleasant area where there are tables and stools to sit on. Breakfast is an amazing assortment of options - buns, croissants, bread, cheeses, hams, fruit salad, pieces of fruit, yogurt - and sweets of all kinds including custard tarts! The coffee maker is fabulous! (Sadly no gluten free bread - but Pingo Doce grocery store, a few steps down the street, sells wonderful GF bread). They had soy and almond milk options!! The whole place is very clean - including the bathroom - nice shower and great hot water! Beds comfortable, especially the one in the room that is a bit more expensive. Each floor has a kitchen with a fridge microwave and a small area to eat or lounge (some furniture a little older though). Be sure to have cash if you want to have cheap eats in the neighborhood - several good places are cash only. Street parking nearby but only free 7 pm to 9 am. A bit awkward to get luggage from car to the entrance as no place to park for a few minutes. Easy access to the metro station right across the street. It was a challenge to get luggage from metro station up the stairs to ground level - couldn't see an elevator. Hair dryer available - but you need to request it. (Stayed 3 different nights in 3 different rooms).

It has a great location, a welcoming and friendly staff, my single room was spacious and clean and had access to 3 different bathrooms, a kitchen and a leisure rooom with tv and terrace. I really liked the vintage overall look and vibe. Breakfast was simply outstanding with really good coffee. Pastry and coffee was available all day and night. A perfect place for a short stay and I will stay here again next time.

Very comfortable stay, the bathroom facilties are cleaned/tidied multiple times a day, the staf is incredibly friendly and always ready to help you out, the breakfast is nice and varied. The location is in between the airport and the major tourist hot spots, it takes around 20 min with public transportation to get to them

The place was in tip top condition, a renovated old house with 3 floors, lots of sunlight at the back. Comfortable, clean with ambientors and very friendly, responsive staff who checked in regularly to ensure everything was in order. There were also polite notices reminding guests of the importance of cleanliness in shared places. There was a kitchen with a stove, kettle, plates etc and washing up facilities. The washing machines was out of bounds but that was made clear and the place was tastefully decorated and furnished.

Easy access from the airport - Take metro (Red Line) to Saldahna (15-20 minutes) and the accommodation is just in front of the exit. Friendly staff - Very polite and helpful staff is available 24/7 Traditional Lisbon building with excellent condition - Especially, the staircase is worth a look if interested in architecture Room decoration - neatly decorated with great renovation effort Typical breakfast - fresh fruits and bread, sweets with cafe or tea

Fantastic location & very helpful staff. The room was spacious, with a really comfortable bed & pillows. Breakfast was delicious! We loved staying here and would return in a heartbeat.

The place was wonderful, everything was very clean, the beds were super cosy. The people who worked in the guest house were always warm and smiling. The breakfast was amazing, the coffee and tea and some cakes were also available after breakfast.
