We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon! The front desk staff welcomed us warmly and were very helpful with the luggage. Their excellent English made communication easy. The hotel is in a great location, quiet yet central. The room was peaceful, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, too. Overall, an exceptional experience, and I highly recommend it!

I booked this for my daughter and her friend to stay for three nights. The response when I asked how the stay was.....this is the nicest place I have ever stayed in. It was beautiful, the staff were so helpful, I loved the piano being played and the breakfast options and set up was amazing. They both loved it!

- The property is situated at a great spot, close to the metro and the historical tram. The surrounding area is pretty and relatively calm. - The hotel room is pretty, well designed, and spacious. It had a unique and colourful style. The hotel smelled really nice. - The complementary breakfast was delicious. - The check-in/out process was easy. - The bed was comfortable. The shower was spacious enough to make you feel like you're having a spa day.

It's a lovely, intimistic and beautifully decorated hotel. The room was very nice such like the pictures: clean, cozy, comfortable and sofisticated. I really appreciated the attention to detail, the unique objects and the beautiful decoration. Everything was spotless and worked well (e.g. Shower, tv, AC).

Incredible! I have never seen such a hotel! It's an event just alone to explore all the different rooms , all these details, it feels like being in a beautiful old movie.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and you could see the attention to details everywhere. The breakfast buffet spanned multiple rooms and was delicious and fresh, with lots of options. The staff were all helpful and went out of their way to assist and the location is perfect for exploring the centre of Lisbon,
