All staff was very friendly, helpful, but especially Denise was amazing, she was speaking Turkish with us, thanks to the Turkish series she keeps watching! Lovely experience, lovely festive times!

Amazing scenic district near the very city centre of Lisbon. The staff Is wonderful, always willing to help you, recommending you the best places and giving you all the information you May need. Very good breakfast with an abundant sweet and savoury choice. Simply great!

Great city location, stunning view from the room. Lovely staff, particularly the catering team who struggled through a staff shortage but still somehow managed to delivery an amazing breakfast.

The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area, but close to restaurants and cafes. The centre is also reachable by foot and is 20 minutes away. The staff is really nice and helpful, the breakfast was very nice, the rooms are big and cozy, with storage space for you clothes and things.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft sheets and fluffy pillows! The breakfast was really delicious, and when the sun shone, we could sit on the perfectly placed, secluded balcony under the fig tree. Heaven.

Staff were fantastic. The lady who met me the night I arrived was fantastic. I think her name was Mila. Helpful, kind and thoughtful as well as efficient and professional. She went out of her way to help me find the property after a taxi dropped me off a distance away and I was unsure where to go. Breakfast service was great. Welcoming and efficient. I was welcomed back whilst waiting for my taxi to airport and offered coffee and a seat. A nice touch. Cleaning of room was fine other than some hairs and bits around I noticed. I was a single traveller and my room had a sloped roof which wasn’t comfortable for me nor accessible. Location ideal. About 20 mins walk to touristy area and some great little alley ways to explore locally with eateries and places of interest. I loved the area much more than the central area. Would return to stay here.
