Hotel is in a nice location in the City, great walkway out front. Hotel is modern, we booked a suit and the size was great for a city hotel. Sauna and steam was a nice touch

The hotel service was at high standards, especially the breakfast team was very welcoming, gods variety of foods to select from. The pool area was fabulous, good asset to the hotel with the bar and outdoor patio.

Excellent hotel !!! The staff (at the reception, at breakfast, at spa, room service and cleaning service) was always truly caring about us and all the hotel guests. The hotel location is excellent, few steps to the metro station and 5 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone. The room looking to the inner yard was very quiet, clean, comfortable. The bathroom as well. The breakfast was very very good with rich choice of all kind of food in a very very good quality. We ordered diner on two evenings from the room service and the quality was also very good and delicious. As a desert, I had the best creme brulee from the hotel room service in my life (and as a fan of creme brulee I tried many around the world). When we visit Lisbon again, we will definitely stay again in this hotel and if we visit Porto, we will take the Bessa hotel there too.

The location is fantastic, in the heart of Avenida da Liberdade! All the facilities are excellent, the pool, restaurant and bar. The breakfast is excellent, one of our best in a long time. The room (Suite) is spacious, and the bed is very comfy! I can only recommend it!

I Only booked room, my friends had breakfast which they said was fab, we were there to run the lisbon half marathon so loved that they had steam room and sauna, and a comfortable hotel to relax in afterwards, lovely bar snack menu, hotel was very central close to metro, shops and bus tours, staff very friendly and helpful, would recommend it, really added to our fab weekend👍
