The best is definitely the location that make exploring the city a breeze. Super close to the charming, historic Alfama district, walking distance of iconic landmarks, vibrant restaurants, and quaint cafés. Moreover, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were amazing – always smiling, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Their warmth made our stay unforgettable.

Everything, friendly staff, spacious rooms, clean facilities, convenient location, and most of all, a guided tour to the on site museum exhibit a piece of long history in this area.

We stayed here on Christmas Eve and it was a real holiday experience. The check-in procedure was very efficient and we also received a glass of sparkling wine right at the reception desk and a delicious panettone cake in the room. The room was trendy, very clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a view of the river. The location of the hotel is excellent as well. All the staff members were really friendly and kind, even those who just seemed to be passing by. The manager of the hotel Bruno was very attentive, too, and did not hesitate to make sure that everything was alright. However, the best surprise was the unexpected Christmas gift we received at the check-out, which was a lovely gesture and definitely convinced us to make a plan to return to the hotel in the future.
