A deposit via bank transfer is required to secure reservation. Apartments of the Marques will contact guests with instructions after booking.
Also, please note that an extra charge of EUR 30 will apply for check-in or check-out between 21:00 and 08:00.
Please note that the Apartments of the Marques does not accept credit cards, and all payments made at the property, including the security deposit, must be made in cash.
Please note that only public parking is available. Payment for the parking can be done at the machine or online.
Only the Apartment with Terrace and Pool includes a pool. The pool is private for that apartment.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

we really like the flat ,close to the centre of av Liberdade . Cristina as very cool and very and helpful with some special tips of lisbonn , recommend it for sure with family or friends :) plus lucky we had a greta sunny stay :)

the flat was perfect , only 5m walking to the mane av Liberdade . the contact with tenant was very quick , and we get all the info to get the Kees very easy also the check in was cool with Cristina always very nice and helpful , recommend it for sure

the contact with Cristina to get the Kees very easy , easy also the check in was cool and even we get inside the flat before , cos we arrive early . the flat was recently renovated , so very cool design and big for all of us :) loved it

It was great to have three bathrooms for a large group of girls. The apartment was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed the balcony, and the location was excellent for the price. The WiFi was also quite reliable.

The apartment was very stylish, comfortable and hygienic. Everything that you could possibly need for a longer vacation was provided by that apartment with a large kitchen and three bathrooms. We had a nice stay, everyone was so friendly and everything went well. The balcony for evening chats was the highlight! Not even one of us 8 girls staying there has complains. Next time visiting Lisbon again, we will book the same apartment again.

Nice position and very friendly and helpful host Cristina. The flat had also a washing machine and a dishwasher which were able to use both and soap was provided.

Big comfy bed, huge bathroom that’s new and everything works well. Cristina the manager is lovely and friendly, and very welcoming. She explained everything perfectly. The neighbourhood isn’t touristy and has everything you need, if you’re ok to walk a bit to get to transport.
