It was a beautiful penthouse apartment with great views and the location couldn't have been better. 3 minute walk to Rossio Metro, 5 minute to Rossio train station, one block from the Santa Justo elevator, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping. The goodies were a nice surprise. Easy access to building and apartment with door codes. Building had an elevator. The apartment was very quiet and the kitchen was well stocked with glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans etc I would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back.

Spacious, well designed apartment in a central location close to metro, rail and trams. Right in the heart of the tourist restaurant/shopping area. If you were staying for a longer period, the kitchen is well equipped to be able to cater at home. We stayed in November, so possibly more quiet than usual, and in the penthouse, so a higher floor - it may be too noisy if you wanted to have the windows open in the summer. Bedrooms air-con so not an issue for us. Living room isn't though. Check in process simple if you read the messages from the property. Photos accurately depict the apartment. Very comfortable stay.

The location A+++ right in the centre of Lisbon conveniently located next to the best Pastel de Nata cafes (Castel), restaurants, shopping, tourist sites (1 min to Elevador de Santa Justa) and walking distance (a few mins) to most places and the Metro. Great views! Very straight forwards to get access to the apartment with hassle free key codes. Entrance and flat was spotless and the furnishings were tastefully designed and comfortable. Tv even had YouTube to the delight of my boys. Plenty of coffee Nespresso capsules, crockery and cutlery and toilettes and toilet paper. I would definitely stay again at Ando Living.
