Although we checked in late at night, we were able to check in easily with the given access codes. There are all the items for all your needs in the house. The cleanliness was satisfactory. The location is right in the center of the city but not among the noisy streets. The children and we had no problem sleeping at night. I can recommend it with peace of mind for those looking for a place to stay near Lisbon city center. We were very satisfied.

Location: very central within easy walking distance to Bairro Alto to the west, Alfama to the East, Avenida Liberdade to the north and the Praça do Comércio for sunset. Also a 15min walk to Cais do Sodre train station and 5min to Baixa/chiado metro. The location on the Rua Augusta pedestrian area is lively, but the windows in the flat block out any noise, air-condition works great. Flat: good space for 4 people (we were in 202). Lovely sturdy modern design, no flimsy furniture. Beds were comfortable (not too firm, not too soft for us weighing between 50 and 90kg) with two pillows each and a spare in the closet. There are USB A and C wall outlets on either side of the beds, as well as elsewhere in the flat, so no need to lug bulky adapters. Darkening curtains work well. Nespresso machine with good supply of capsules, kettle, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher were all top brands (Phillips, Bosch), new looking and working well. All the dishes, cutlery, pots and pans you need along with salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. Three modern smart TVs (bring an Hdmi adapter and cable if you want to watch English speaking programs from your iPad as Netflix seems to be just in Portuguese). There’s an ironing board and iron. Ample supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, washing up liquid, shower gel, shampoo if you want etc. Having a full bathroom and another separate WC was perfect. Excellent water pressure too. Great sound proofing, could not hear any neighbours. Customer Service: check-in and check-out were a breeze. We had to have the bathroom serviced one day and everything was taken care of quickly and effectively. Whatsapp answered promptly with recommendation for luggage handling after check-out. We would definitely book a stay with AndoLiving again, hope they make it to more cities soon.

Perfect location for family with two young children. Everything you need within walking distance and so much to see and do. Comfy beds, very well appointed kitchen + dishwasher and washing machine was a huge help. We asked for clean towels half way through the week and got them straight away, very communicative on WhatsApp, thank you!
