unlimited free water bottles in the room, free tea and coffee in the room, free drink per day at the bar, swimming pool and Spa included, nice shower water, no strong lights, brithday gift and friendly staff

The hotel is in a great location and it has good facilities. The thing that really made the hotel though was the staff. All were attentive and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

What an incredible welcome! The hotel has everything you need - spa, gym, pool, a rooftop terrace, hairdressers, the works! We loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were. They called us a couple of times to check how our stay was, if we needed anything. A five star welcome and service. Room service was also excellent. Ordered a club sandwich one evening and they delivered it hot and the portion was so generous! Absolutely loved our stay and how easily accessible the city centre was to the hotel. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and for making our trip to Lisbon so memorable.

The Property is well located in CBD , room was very nice with all facility with kettle,tea bags, sugar sachets,mini bar , iron with iron stand,We enjoyed our stay felt home away from home, Front desk Mr Julian Mazzeo was ready to help all the times, staff were very friendly and polite, entrance staff if i dont remember them it wouldn't be justice to them to Mr Rui and Mr Pedro all the time there to assist to take our luggage and open and close our door car, felt the service by the hotel management awesome.

The location is the best with easy access to the nearby shopping centre. I couldn’t make time for breakfast as I was leaving very early for work.
