The apartment was located in a very nice area. Close to many nice restaurants and sights. It was spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast was a great value. Good pastry, jams, good coffee some cheese and ham. Definitely worth the 8 euros pp. The staff was helpful and nice. The rooms was of a great size. The only small things I would mention are the single bed size of 60cm. This is very small. Also the shower is not very comfortable but overall great value for the money. Great location. Just wish the historical trams would be more reliable.😁

Perfect location right outside the 28 tram, and easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious with everything you need. Only stayed for one night but suitable for longer breaks.

Located in the heart of Alfama, it is a great location to walk around and explore Lisbon. The historic 28 tram passes in front of the hotel which adds more character to the experience. Dotted with excellent cafes and restaurants, highly recommended place to stay in Lisbon.

Very great location in Alfama. I had a room rather than a suite. Minimalist decor and furnishings but extremely comfortable good AC/Heat powerful shower. Room itself spacious unusual for Alfama great location. I will be back.

Perfect location in city centre. The room was clean with lots of space. There is also possibility to leave your bag in luggage room. The tram station in front of the hotel, very close :)

Excellent location and a good price. The rooms could do with a bit of love (peeling wallpaper, rust on the bathroom shelving etc), but the bed was very clean and comfortable and the location really is excellent. Right in the heart of Alfama with lovely bars and restaurants a short walk away and a tram stop opposite. N.B. Our room was right on the tram lines which caused quite a bit of noise. It didn't bother us and we enjoyed watching the trams go by, but if you're a light sleeper I suggest requesting a room away from the street.
