I would say for a tourist everything is nearly okay except some policies. In most hotels, the water is refilled, but in this one, the staff informed us that the water is a gesture only for the first night. I mean it’s free in almost everywhere in Europe, and cost around 1-2 euros nothing much. Therefore, the attitude or rather that policy is not that welcoming.

Lovely location in a vibrant area close to lots of small cozy bars and diverse restaurants. Good travel links and close walk to the sights. Bijoux hotel. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. A gem. Great rooms, air conditioned, large windows with black out curtains. Quiet and really comfortable.

Cozy room with efficient air conditioning. Breakfast buffet was an additional 15 euros for me but well worth it. Loved the rooftop bar views at sundown.

The location is perfect, the room is not big but it's comfortable, the breakfast is very good, and the staff is beyond incredible (a special highlight to Isabela, who wouldn't save efforts to help us).

The room was big and had all you need. The location was perfect for sightseeing during the day and close to restaurants and bars in the evening. Nice rooftop bar.

This would be a good hotel if you like clinical and dark. The stay was perfectly fine, but the room was very dark without lights and I almost walked into the glass bathroom several times.

Situated just far away enough from the hustle & bustle if you wanted of central Lisbon this hotel raised levels. The room was exceptional & the breakfast was great. The rooftop terrace has the most gorgeous view not to mention the cocktails.
