The family-friendly pool+sauna are nice & very convenient although they get crowded fast. Kids club is awesome. Rooms are quite spacieous & nicely furnished. Food in the a la Carte restaurant downstairs is tasty (for an adult).

You can easily spend your entire vacation without even leaving the hotel — it has everything you need. When we stayed, there were quite a lot of children, so it’s definitely a family-friendly place. Since the hotel is still quite new, there are a few small details that could be improved, but overall it’s a very nice place to relax and enjoy your time.

This is a dog friendly hotel and if you are lucky, you will get room with the view over Chopok. The room is pretty big with lot of space for clothes and personal belongings incl. kettle and Nespresso. Only black and herbal tea available in the room (I had my own from home). The gym and pool area is great incl. one outside pool with thermal water. What I would highlight is the food: breakfast and dinner with (inter)national selection of various food from A to Z (literally). I am a pescetarian, and there was a choice of fish every day.
