Very big problems to get keys. I did pay for the room in advance but they sad no money did come. No invoice at the end. They promised to send it. Simple and old fashioned.

Nice hotel to stay close to the Jasna ski region. 24-h cash desk and big rooms. Did not see the renovation for a long period, but generally, all is good there (no mold in the shower, good and comfy beds). The place has a spa area with a small pool, jacuzzi, and 4 saunas (wet and dry), the price for the SPA is 15e and is not included in the room price but its good to have something like this after ski day.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and big enough, wifi connection worked well. Easy parking and great breakfast.

Delicious buffet breakfast! Spoilt for choice! ☺️We also liked the location, the size of the apartment and the facilities in the room and in the hotel.
